I spent the afternoon painting the brass and metal on my fireplace. Of coarse, I should have done it during better weather so I could open a few windows. I'm feeling a little dizzy at this point. There's nothing like taking a picture of your fireplace to show you how much the glass needs to be cleaned! The new black looks great in person, the pictures really don't do it justice. I should be studying today but I always get so excited right before Christmas! Only 2 weeks and finals for this semester! I really can't wait for the break!

Wow! That made a huge difference. Whose idea was it to start the brass phase? I was watching House Hunters the other night and in one bathroom everything was brass. Ugh! hahahaha

I love it. It does make a big difference. You scared me when you said you painted the fire place. I've been watching too much HGTV. I thought you'd painted the rock!
