The kids prayed and the snow came...

Happy Snowday! The kids couldn't wait for Daddy to get home from work. They knew that a MAJOR snowball fight was in their near future!
The youngest was determined to make a snowman.
In spite of the chaos surrounding her.

Dad was showing of his wrestling moves on the oldest.
The youngest boy wasn't having any of that! He had to be in on it!
But, he over-shot his bodily blow. At least he had a soft landing surface.
Still oblivious. Happy as can be with her snowman beginnings.

It's amazing what a couple of misplaced snowballs can accomplish. Maybe it wasn't misplaced. (He's not gonna be too happy when he sees that I put this picture on here!)
They always give as good as they get. That's my boys.

Hi Shelly,
Your snowday looks wonderful I am in envy, I have only ever seen snow twice in my life and I had to travel a long way from home to see it. You must be very proud of your wonderful family. Thank you for visiting my blog.
Cheers Linda

I wish our snow would have stuck around. Jacob was so disappointed that it was all melted by lunch time. Beautiful while it lasted.

Mostly good pictures. Where were you at?
Why did you not put the ones where I nailed the kids?

Ha!!!!Looks like Shawn is one of the kids today. I bet those boys enjoyed hammering their dad with snowballs. Great memories for them all. Some day the kids will be all grown up & have kids of their own & these days will be the ones that they will carry into their adulthood. Thanks for sharing such great photos of your loving family. You can really see the love you guys have for each other.K.Barnes
